Alison advises both local and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including the formation of exempted and local companies, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance transactions and corporate re-organisations.

Alison graduated from the University of Waikato, New Zealand in 1998 and began practicing law in 2000.  Prior to joining CHW, she was a senior solicitor in a large New Zealand law firm, advising clients in relation to corporate structuring, re-organisation and governance, sales and acquisitions of companies and businesses, and shareholder and joint venture agreements.

Alison joined CHW in January 2008 and was admitted to the Bermuda Bar in 2010.
