Craig is a director in the Litigation Department. Craig has significant experience in acting in a wide range of civil litigation matters. His practice focuses primarily on employment and personal injury matters but he is a regular advocate before the Supreme Court and Magistrates' Court on contractual, property, construction and landlord & tenant disputes.
Craig has also appeared before the Court of Appeal and various tribunals and Boards of Inquiry in Bermuda on behalf of local individuals and companies and carries out legally aided work.
Craig joined CHW in May 2003 as an associate. Prior to this, he was a solicitor practising in England specialising in employment, labour and discrimination law on behalf of employees and employers. He trained with Eversheds and worked as part of their Employment team in Cardiff for 3 years before working for the trade union firm, Pattinson & Brewer, in Bristol for 2 years.
