Jonathan is a senior associate in the corporate department and advises Bermuda-based and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. He focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and banking and finance transactions but also advises in relation to the formation of investment funds, insurance and reinsurance matters and the formation of companies, partnerships and joint ventures.

He trained at Clifford Chance and, following admission, was a member of Clifford Chance’s banking group for two years. He then spent four years with SJ Berwin’s private equity group advising in relation to venture capital investments and mergers and acquisitions.
Jonathan joined CHW in 2004.

Jonathan is married with three children. He is a keen sportsman and also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Sports Law from the University of London.
