Janice is an associate attorney practicing corporate and commercial law for both local and international clients. She handles a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, ranging from incorporation of Bermuda companies (local and exempted), transactional advice and liquidations of companies and partnerships.

Prior to joining CHW, Janice was a member of the Family Office team at the Bermuda Trust Company Limited. As a Senior Trust Administrator she was responsible for day-to-day management of a portfolio of accounts involving multi-national families and advisors, Bermuda and Cayman trusts, administration of various companies and investment holdings and overseeing the creation and administration of private trust companies. Janice is a member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Bermuda Branch.
