Natalie is a senior associate in the corporate department advising both local and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, amalgamations and continuations, banking and private equity transactions, joint ventures and partnerships.

Natalie trained at Nelsons Commercial Solicitors in Nottingham, England. Prior to joining CHW, Natalie was an associate at DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary (having joined in 2000), where she specialised in private equity transactions (advising both institutional investors and management teams) and mergers and acquisitions.

Natalie joined CHW in March 2006.
