The intellectual property practice of Cox Hallett Wilkinson (“CHW”) has continued to demonstrate significant growth, with the firm ranking second in Bermuda in relation to the number of new applications filed with the Intellectual Property Office during 2009.
CHW’s intellectual property team, led by Jennifer Hedges and under the supervision of David Cooper, provides a complete service for the registration in Bermuda of trade marks, service marks, designs and patents.
