CHW’s corporate and dispute resolution teams have both been recognised in the recently published “Chambers and Partners 2009 Global Guide to the World’s leading lawyers for business” as leading practices in Bermuda.
According to Chambers, the CHW corporate team, which advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, bank financing, real estate, aircraft finance and restructuring, is valued by its clients for the round-the-clock responsiveness it offers.
In particular, Corporate and Commercial Department Head Ernest Morrison, is described as “drawing client applause for his no-nonsense approach and timely, accurate advice” as well as “enjoying a fine reputation among leading competitors”.
