Cox Hallett Wilkinson (“CHW”) has advised Capital G, the Bermuda-based bank, in relation to a loan financing provided to EET Limited, a Bermuda company which is part of the East End Asphalt group of companies.
The loan was provided for the purposes of financing the acquisition of Telecommunications Networks Limited, a provider of telecommunications solutions to the Bermuda public safety agencies, Government and construction industry.
Jonathan Betts advised Capital G with Ian Stone of Wakefield Quin advising EET.
Jonathan commented “CHW regularly works alongside Capital G on real estate financings but this was the first time for a long-time that we have advised the corporate lending team.
